Katie Price says she has fallen from grace and has ‘no class’ in a frank admission in her new television show.
The 41-year-old former glamour model has invited cameras into her private life again to film fly-on-the-wall scenes for her ongoing My Crazy Life reality series.
But some of the memories being stirred up for Katie are painful for multiple reasons as she dug out old souvenirs from her life, reports the Mirror.
In an upcoming episode, fans will see Katie lament how far she has fallen from her champagne fuelled high life as she uncovers a backpack from her time on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
The star featured on the series twice – first in 2004 during series three (which, fatefully, introduced her to future ex-husband Peter Andre) and again in 2009 for series 9 (of which she walked out after nine days).
But in the years since, Katie has been through three divorces and seen her reputation ripped into shreds thanks to drink-drive offences and shameful public displays of intoxication.
The star seemed all too aware that her life is in tatters as she reflected on her past glory – and acknowledged she is no longer respected.
“It’s weird. It brings back so many memories,” she sighed as she rummaged through her grotty old I’m A Celeb backpack – which featured a baggage tag from her flight from Australia to the UK.
“I was priority then. Now I’m cattle, out the back,” she lamented – suggesting she can no longer travel by anything more than economy class while flying, these days.
“Was I first class? Course I was! And now I’m like, pfft, no class!” she huffed as the memories of past glory flashed before her misty eyes.
It has been well reported that Katie has been facing financial difficulties in recent months – with fans fearing she would have to cancel Christmas for her family last year.
There have also been suggestions the star was close to selling her country mansion as money worries mounted up.
While her TV show almost got axed last year when a string of scandals threatened to swallow the star.
Katie Price: My Crazy Life airs on Quest Red on Monday’s at 10pm.
